You will never know who they were, what they needed, or what they were worth. We will show you, using your own practice, in about a week. Free.
No sales call required to get the findings. We never ask for patient data.

Estimated value of this one patient, using the practice's own session rate and average length of care:
Someone calls at 2pm and reaches voicemail. Nobody calls back.
A new client waits three weeks for an appointment, then does not show, and it gets recorded as a no-show problem.
A client who came four times quietly stops, and nothing happens.
You are spending on marketing and cannot say which clients came from it.
You are being told to buy more ads when you cannot seat the clients you already have.
We call your intake line the way someone looking for care would. We fill in your web form. We check what someone finds when they search for the help you provide. We time every one of it.
Then we send you the Patient Journey Scorecard: the exact points where a prospective patient falls out of your practice, with timestamps, and what each one is costing you using your numbers rather than an industry benchmark.
It costs you nothing and takes about 15 minutes of your time.
If you never speak to us again, the scorecard is still yours
If you are already at capacity, more marketing buys you a longer waitlist, not revenue. We will say so and tell you what to do instead.

Every line carries a timestamp and the number behind it. Light blue marks a leak we can show you; green means it passed.
In a published study of behavioral health access, researchers posing as patients reached a person on 40% of calls, and only 36% of the unanswered calls were ever returned.

The only phone metric with peer-reviewed evidence linking it to how patients rate their access is average speed of answer, measured across 252,145 patients at 285 facilities (Griffith et al., American Journal of Managed Care, 2019). Most of what agencies tell practices about patient value, acquisition cost and retention has no primary source we can find. We compute your numbers from your own system instead.

I spent years inside Blue Shield of California building the outreach and follow-up systems that reach millions of members. I know how patients choose a provider and why they quietly leave, because I built the machinery at scale. Now I do the same work for owner-led behavioral health practices.

Two things to begin. We do the rest.
We run a limited number of these each week so that each one is done by hand. If we are full, we will tell you when we can start.
